Pneumatic Crimping Tools

A complete line of versatile crimping tools, eliminating human effort in four-indent crimping of pin and socket contacts, as well as solderless terminals.

Nonadjustable die heads, interchangeable between models are available to handle No. 26 wire through 4/0.

Insertion & Extraction Tools

A complete line of installing and removal tools are available to meet the needs of the connector industry.

Both metal and plastic tools are available, in a variety of styles, including Front Release/Rear Release, Front Release/Rear Removal, Rear Release and tweezer styles.

Automatic Feed Crimping Machines

Pico has developed a series of automatic feed crimping machines to accommodate #12 thru #22 closed barrel contacts. These machines will accept shoulderless and shoulder type contacts.

Cycle rates up to 2,000 crimps per hour. Power requirements are 110 volt, 60 cycle AC, 80 PSI air pressure.
